We are an established alloy steel foundry engaged in manufacturing of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel & Nickel alloy Castings as per the customers requirements by following international standards like ASTM, British and EN Standards. We would like to register ourselves with your esteemed organization for the supply of all types of Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex SS with Norsok Approval and Ni-Base alloy castings to suit your requirements and we give below our resume.

We wish to inform you that we are producing on an average of 200 Tons of castings per month with the ratio of 60:40, Carbon steel & Stainless Steel castings. As indicated above we regularly manufacture Duplex & Super Duplex stainless steel castings for Pump & Valve castings to our valued customers.

Situated in the government industrial estate in 2 Acres area, Ananatapur Road, Bellary about 50 km from Guntakal, which is well connected by trains from Chennai and Mumbai and about 300 kms from Bangalore, Southern part of INDIA for global connectivity.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified company, PED accredited and approved by DNV GL. The company has Well Known Foundry Status certificate to pour IBR Castings issued by the Central Boiler Board, Govt. of India and recommended by Engineers India Ltd and also marine approval by Lloyds. We are capable of producing 2400 Tons of castings per annum.
We can produce a minimum weight of 20Kg to a maximum weight of 650Kg castings with a State of Art manufacturing facility by a team of highly qualified professionals.
we have qualified the welder & weld procedure by third party for all the grades .We have established customized ERP system to suit to our processes & also have established Customer user information to access & generate the required details thro our web on line at buyer end.
